line-height: 29.6055469512939px; letter-spacing: 0px; font-family: arial, STHeiti, pmingliu, sans-serif !important;">中央氣象局預報員羅雅尹：「8月21日的前後（天鵝），會來到台灣東南方的外海，那後續的颱風路徑的動態變化，可能是一個轉折的關鍵的時間，因為預計它在21日前後，走到台灣東南方外海的時候，這時候太平洋高壓的勢力，有機會稍微減弱一些，那這時候颱風有機會，逐漸產生一個往北移動的狀況，不過它北轉的角度或是速度，就會影響到它比較靠近我們。」<br><br>天鵝會不會影響台灣，到時候得看太平洋高壓強弱而定，不過可以確定的是，8月19日北部、東半部、蘭嶼綠島就會出現長浪，8月21日全台受到颱風外圍環流影響，北部、東半部開始下雨，中南部則有局部短暫陣雨。<br><br>至於在太平洋上另一個颱風閃電，則是朝日本南方海面方向北上，2個颱風相差約1900公里左右，氣象局表示發生交互影響的機率比較小。（民視新聞綜合報導）</p></div></div></div></div></div> 唉..............今年真是不順~~每逢活動必颱風
