letter-spacing: 0px; font-family: arial, STHeiti, pmingliu, sans-serif !important;">強颱蘇迪勒來勢洶洶，中央氣象局5日表示，預計6日中午左右發布海上颱風警報，晚間發布陸上警報，根據目前路徑研判，蘇迪勒不排除將從宜、花地區登陸，7日、8日將是颱風影響台灣最劇烈的時刻。</p><p style="margin-top: 11px; line-height: 29.6055469512939px; letter-spacing: 0px; font-family: arial, STHeiti, pmingliu, sans-serif !important;">氣象局指出，5日上午8時，蘇迪勒中心位置位於台北東南東方約1500公里，北緯19.5度，東經134.9度，以每小時22公里速度，向西北西進行。颱風近中心最大風速每秒51公尺，瞬間之最大陣風每秒63公尺，七級風半徑250公里，十級風半徑80公里。</p><p id="yui_3_9_1_1_1438752516792_860" style="margin-top: 11px; line-height: 29.6055469512939px; letter-spacing: 0px; font-family: arial, STHeiti, pmingliu, sans-serif !important;">氣象局表示，如果颱風路徑無特殊變化，7日下半天到8日上半天是風雨最強的時候，民眾要做好防颱準備。</p><p style="margin-top: 11px; line-height: 29.6055469512939px; letter-spacing: 0px; font-family: arial, STHeiti, pmingliu, sans-serif !important;">氣象專家吳德榮在華視氣象專欄「老大洩天機」表示，蘇迪勒是一個「來者不善」的強颱，登陸宜蘭、花蓮的機率最高，7日颱風快速逼近，傍晚就將出現強風豪雨。他也指出，登陸位置還可能有變化，但民眾應事先做好萬全準備。</p><p style="margin-top: 11px; line-height: 29.6055469512939px; letter-spacing: 0px; font-family: arial, STHeiti, pmingliu, sans-serif !important;">此外，氣象局預報主任鄭明典也在臉書上表示，蘇迪勒的南方有一條又寬又長的熱帶對流雲系，是一股很潮濕、不穩定氣流的路徑，但蘇迪勒並沒有直接接收到這股不穩定氣流。因此，蘇迪勒並沒有引進西南氣流的跡象，不過，颱風後方還是會有西南風，將帶來降雨。</p></div></div></div></div></div><p></p>
