font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: medium; line-height: normal;">鳳凰颱風下午5點半位置在北緯 20.4 度，東經 119.9 度，即鵝鑾鼻的南南西方約 200公里之海面上，7級風暴風半徑150公里推算，暴風半徑僅距離南台灣50公里，以每小時17轉20公里速度，向北進行，近中心最大風速每秒25公尺（約每小時90公里），相當於10級風瞬間最大陣風每秒33公尺（約每小時119公里），相當於 12 級風。</p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
